| | | APPLICATION PROCEDURE AND DEADLINES | | | A company wishing to take part in the exhibition shall forward its application to exhibit to the Organizer, after which it will be registered as Exhibitor. Applications will be considered only on the condition that there is available space. After receiving the application, the Organizer shall send the Exhibitor a Contract to Exhibit and information on all additional services. | | | | | THE PARTICIPATION COST AND STAND TYPE | | The Participation Cost includes: registration fee, exhibition space and additional services.
Exhibitors can select: a) space only; b) standard equipped stand; c) individually designed stand. | ♦ 1 sqm space only is 310 EURO (A - inline booth)
♦ The extra charges for stand upgrades are as follows:
♦ 10% - for a stand open onto 2 sides (B - corner)
♦ 15% - for a stand open onto 3 sides (C - peninsula)
♦ 20% - for a stand open onto 4 sides (Â - island) | | | | | REGISTRATION FEE | | | The registration fee is 567 EURO includes placement of a company description in the official catalogue (up to 500 characters) on Russian and English and on the Internet, a copy of the official catalogue, registration of 2 participants (2 exhibitor badges), an exhibitor pack, 5 complimentary tickets, invitation to the official reception of the exhibition, participation in all the exhibition events except for those requiring personal invitation. | | | | ♦ STANDARD EQUIPPED STAND includes exhibition space with a stand shell erected thereon, general advertising, general security and cleaning of the exhibition, floor covering, a fascia board bearing a company name up to 8 characters, a waste paper basket, a rack, a table and two chairs. The Exhibitor can order additional equipment and furniture. The sizes of standard stands are 9, 10, 12, 18, 24 sqm. ♦ STANDARD EQUIPPED STAND includes exhibition space with a stand shell erected thereon, general advertising, general security and cleaning of the exhibition, floor covering, a fascia board bearing a company name up to 8 characters, a waste paper basket, a rack, a table and two chairs. The Exhibitor can order additional equipment and furniture. The sizes of standard stands are 9, 10, 12, 18, 24 sqm. ♦ SPACE ONLY includes exhibition space, general security, cleaning of gangways and general advertising. ♦ INDIVIDUALLY DESIGNED STAND The sizes of standard stands are 9, 12, 18, 20, 24, 28, 35, 42 sqm.
In the event the Exhibitor wishes to construct an exhibition stand to an individual order, it should order space only and find out the cost of stand construction from the organizers. | | PAYMENT PROCEDURE | | | A pre-payment in the amount not less than 30% of the ordered exhibition space cost and 100% of registration fee must be paid within 7 bank days after the date of the invoice issue. Full payment for participation shall be made not later than 30 days before the exhibition build-up. | | | | | CANCELLATION | | In the event the Exhibitor reduces its stand size or cancels its participation it shall pay the Organizer a penalty in the following amount: four-three months before the exhibition – 50% of the participation cost, later than three months before the exhibition – 70% of the participation cost. Later than one month before the exhibition – 100% of the participation cost.
